When you use The Developer’s apps, software or visit our website(the Services), this is how We use your information.
What is collected
The Developer does not want your personally identifiable information. To improve and protect our Services, We use analytics tools provided by Google, that collect and use the following information: App installations, page views, application crash information, general location (if enabled).
If you pay for a subscription to the Services, or donate to The Developer, a third-party payment processor such as Google Pay will have your payment information, physical address and account information. The Developer may get your email address, physical address and information about the transaction such as the amount or a transaction id. The Developer may use that information to email or write a thank you note.
If the specific app or version of app you use has ads, a third-party ad-server (Google) will use everything they know about you to show you ads that may interest you. Theirs is the creepy part, The Developer does not want to be Big Brother.
Our Services
When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your data.
How the information is used. To provide our Services and to improve our Services, We collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. Things like the type of device you use, application crash and error information, and identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services.
Who has access
We won’t sell your information to advertisers or other third-parties, but may use it as follows. Others working for The Developer. The Developer from time to time may use trusted third parties to help us improve, provide, protect, and promote our Services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of The Developer or our users; or (d) protect The Developer’s property rights.

Software
You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the Services, attempt to do so, or assist anyone in doing so. Our Services allow you to download client software (“Software”) which may update automatically. While you are in compliance with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Software, solely for the purpose to access the Services.
Beta Testing
In order to innovate, we may provide new features that are being tested and evaluated. These new features will be identified as Beta features. Beta features may not be as reliable as normal services.
